Tax Credit Information


Children's Fitness Tax Credit 
Tax receipts are now available for parents of student athletes (under 16 years of age) who have participated in a program that meets the Government's criteria.
To receive your tax receipt you must: 

  1. Download the form Children's Fitness Tax Credit

  2. Complete the following areas on the form: Parents, Name and Address, Child's Name and Child's Birth Date. 

  3. Take form to student athlete's coach to complete the remainder of the form (coaches will obtain Vice Principal's signature).
